Does anyone have space to live?
The Space Invaders is a short story about the struggle faced by young people to find their own space to exist in a world crammed with violent, opinionated, middle-aged fools. Whilst the protagonist spends his summer couch-surfing with friends, his cousin tries to build a new life for himself in a brand-new flat, only to have this space invaded by his meddling parents. Part-comedy, part-tragedy, The Space Invaders explores the anxiety that comes from being unable to find the space to breathe.
